---------------  CULINARY BASICS FOR YOUNG ADULTS  ---------------

This class is designed to teach you the basics of everyday cooking.  We will cover the following: simple knife skills, how to peel and mince garlic, how to chop onions, how to make a vinaigrette, how to cook rice and pasta and how to roast a chicken. Using easy-to-prepare recipes and basic cooking techniques, you’ll learn about the importance of advance preparation to save you time and reduce stress in the kitchen. You will leave feeling comfortable and confident in the kitchen.
